This Privacy Policy explains how Luxe Autos ("Luxe Autos," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, book a ride, or sign up for our SMS text notifications.
We use the information above to schedule and provide rides, send dispatch and arrival text notifications with driver ETAs, respond to support requests, and maintain records of consent for our text messaging program.
SMS data is never shared for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information may be shared with the sub-processors below for the limited purpose of providing our service, but text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from that sharing entirely.

We share limited information with service providers who help us operate Luxe Autos, such as our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and payment processors, solely so they can perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information, and as stated above, we do not share SMS opt-in data or your phone number with any party for marketing or promotional purposes.
You may opt out of text notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send, or by contacting us at luxeautos.ops@gmail.com. You may also request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the same address.
We retain ride and consent records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal and accounting requirements, and maintain a record of SMS consent.
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
