What you'll receive

If you opt in below, Luxe Autos will send you SMS text messages related to your ride, specifically:

• Dispatch notice — sent when a driver is assigned and on the way to your pickup location, including an estimated time of arrival (ETA).
• Arrival notice — sent when your driver has arrived on site.

Message frequency varies based on your bookings — you will typically receive 1–2 messages per ride, and no messages if you have no active booking. These are transactional, ride-related messages, not marketing messages.

How to opt in

Consent is collected through the form on this page. To opt in, you must:

• Enter your name and mobile phone number, and
• Actively check the consent checkbox, which is unchecked by default and is not required to use any other part of this website.

No phone number is enrolled in text notifications unless this box is checked and the form is submitted. We do not enroll numbers collected through any other channel (such as a booking form) without this same explicit, separate consent.

How to opt out

Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) to any message at any time to immediately stop receiving texts from Luxe Autos. Reply HELP or INFO for assistance, or contact us at luxeautos.ops@gmail.com. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Reply START at any time to resume notifications.

Example messages

Below are the exact messages you may receive as part of this program:

• Dispatch: "Your Luxe Autos driver, Marcus, is on the way. ETA 8 minutes."
• Arrival: "Your Luxe Autos driver has arrived and is waiting curbside."
• Opt-in confirmation: "Welcome to Luxe Autos text notifications! You'll receive a text when your driver is dispatched and when they arrive. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
• Opt-out confirmation: "You have successfully unsubscribed from Luxe Autos notifications. You will not receive further messages. Reply START to opt back in."
• Help response: "Luxe Autos: For help, contact luxeautos.ops@gmail.com. Reply STOP to cancel."

Your information

Your mobile number and opt-in status are used solely to deliver these ride notifications. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
