Luxe Autos provides private chauffeured ride bookings. As part of that service, clients may opt in to receive SMS text notifications about their driver's dispatch and arrival.
Program name: Luxe Autos Driver Arrival Notifications
Description: By opting in via the form on our Text Notifications page, you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Luxe Autos related to your ride, including dispatch notices with estimated time of arrival and driver arrival confirmations.
Message frequency: Varies based on your bookings; typically 1–2 messages per ride.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-in keyword: START. Opt-in confirmation: "Welcome to Luxe Autos text notifications! You'll receive a text when your driver is dispatched and when they arrive. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help."
Opt-out keywords: STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT. Opt-out confirmation: "You have successfully unsubscribed from Luxe Autos notifications. You will not receive further messages. Reply START to opt back in."
Help keywords: HELP, INFO. Help response: "Luxe Autos: For help, contact luxeautos.ops@gmail.com. Reply STOP to cancel."
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive these text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service from Luxe Autos.
Rides are subject to driver availability. Cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.
You agree to provide accurate contact information and to use our website and services lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with their operation.
Our website and notification service are provided "as is." Luxe Autos is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by your mobile carrier or device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
